Terms and Conditions

1 Scope

The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts of mysecurityevent GmbH, located at Hilda-Geiringer-Weg 8, 10557 Berlin with the contractual partner who participates in the events and uses the products of mysecurityevent GmbH.

2 Conclusion of the contract

2.1 The contractual partner makes a binding and irrevocable offer for the conclusion of the contract by submitting the registration by fax, post, e-mail or via the websites of mysecurityevent GmbH.

2.2 Any contract with mysecurityevent GmbH shall only be concluded if it has been confirmed in writing by mysecurityevent GmbH.

2.3 The offer of mysecurityevent GmbH is only aimed at business customers in accordance with §14 BGB, the prices are therefore additional. VAT.

2.4 If the contractual partner is a provider of consulting, services and/or solutions and has registered as a participant instead of as a sponsor, mysecurityevent GmbH will retain the payment.

3 Scope of contract and performance of services

3.1 mysecurityevent GmbH provides face-to-face events and can change the location, time, program and individual parts of an event. There is then no entitlement to a reduction or refund of the entrance fee. mysecurityevent GmbH is not liable for a cancellation, change or postponement of an event due to force majeure. This also applies to administrative orders.

3.2 mysecurityevent GmbH is not responsible for the content of the exhibitors and speakers.

3.3 mysecurityevent GmbH reserves all rights to image and sound. The contractual partner agrees to image, video and sound recordings and other recordings and their free use. These records are also permitted by the contractual partner.

4 Conditions of payment

4.1 The contractual partner of mysecurityevent GmbH has the prior service obligation and has to pay his payment from the booking date in a period of 10 working days immediately after invoicing without any deduction, as long as no other payment term has been expressly agreed.

4.2 If individual services are not fully claimed by the contractual partner without the fault of mysecurityevent GmbH, the agreed fees will still be due, unless another agreement has been made.

5 Contract changes, withdrawal of contracts

5.1 Only the person named as a participant on the contract is eligible to participate, a transfer of this eligibility is not possible unless expressly agreed otherwise with mysecurityevent GmbH.

5.2 mysecurityevent GmbH grants the contractual partner the right to cancel the registration for an event of mysecurityevent GmbH under the following conditions: The contractual partner can cancel his contract in writing with a period of up to four weeks before the first day of the event and receives a voucher for the next event. Decisive for this four-week period is the receipt of the declaration.

6 Liability

mysecurityevent GmbH is not liable for damages and exchange, cancellation, change or temporal postponement of an event due to force majeure, technical disturbances, war, terror, natural disasters, political restrictions, administrative orders, restrictions in transport or other unforeseen events.

7 Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the Landgericht Berlin if the contractual partner is a full merchant or a legal person under public law or has his general place of jurisdiction abroad.
