The contractual and data protection provisions of the respective providers apply to these transactions. Klick-Tipp
This website uses Klick-Tipp for sending newsletters. Provider is KLICK-TIPP LIMITED, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd’s Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom. Klick-Tipp is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed.
The data you enter to subscribe to the newsletter is stored on Klick-Tipp servers.
Data analysis by Klick-Tipp
When we send newsletters using Klick-Tipp, we can determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked. Klick-Tipp also allows us to divide newsletter recipients into different categories, known as tagging. For example, recipients can be categorised by gender, personal preferences, such as vegetarian or non-vegetarian, or customer relationship, such as an existing or prospective customer. This allows newsletters to be better tailored to their target audiences. More information is available at: https://www.klicktipp.com and https://support.klicktipp.com/.
If you do not want analysis by Klick-Tipp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link for this in every newsletter message.
Legal basis
The data processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. The UK is considered a data protection safe third country. This means that the UK has a level of data protection equivalent to the level of data protection in the European Union.
Retention period
The data you provide to us to subscribe to the newsletter is stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe, and is deleted from the newsletter mailing list after you unsubscribe. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected. After you unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list, your email address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider on a blacklist where necessary to prevent future mailings. The data on the blacklist is used only for this purpose and is not combined with other data. This serves both your interests and our interest in complying with the legal requirements for sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Storage on the blacklist is not subject to a time limit. You may object to this storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest. For further information, see the Klick-Tipp privacy provisions at: https://www.klicktipp.com/datenschutzerklarung/.

Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics allows the website operator to analyze the behavior of website visitors.
The website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, dwell time, operating systems used and origin of the user. These data are assigned to the respective end device of the user. An assignment to a user ID does not take place.
Furthermore, with Google Analytics, we can record your mouse and scroll movements and clicks. In addition, Google Analytics uses various modelling approaches to complement the collected data sets and uses machine learning technologies in data analysis. Google Analytics uses technologies that enable user recognition for the purpose of analyzing user behavior (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Google about the use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. The use of this service is based on your consent according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Abs. 1 TTDSG. The consent is revocable at any time. Data transmission to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/

Data processing on our behalf (Google)
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel)
This website uses Facebook/Meta’s visitor action pixels for conversion measurement. This service is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. According to Facebook, however, the collected data is also transferred to the USA and other third countries. Thus, the behavior of the page visitors can be tracked after they have been forwarded to the website of the provider by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. This allows the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes to be evaluated and future advertising measures to be optimized.
The data collected is anonymous to us as the operator of this website; we cannot identify users from it. However, Facebook stores and processes the data, allowing it to be linked to the respective user profile and used by Facebook for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Use Policy (https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/). This allows Facebook to display advertisements on Facebook pages and outside Facebook. As the website operator, we cannot influence this use of the data.
This service is used on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Where personal data is collected on our website and forwarded to Facebook using the tool described here, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland are jointly responsible for this data processing (Article 26 GDPR). This joint responsibility is limited exclusively to collecting the data and forwarding it to Facebook. Processing by Facebook after the data has been forwarded is not part of the joint responsibility. Our shared obligations are set out in a joint processing agreement. You can find the wording of the agreement at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. Under this agreement, we are responsible for providing data protection information when using the Facebook tool and for implementing it on our website in accordance with data protection law. Facebook is responsible for the data security of Facebook products. You may exercise data subject rights, such as requests for information, regarding data processed by Facebook directly with Facebook. If you exercise these rights with us, we are required to forward them to Facebook. Data transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Details are available at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/EU_data_transfer_addendum and https://de-de.facebook.com/help/566994660333381.
Facebook’s privacy information provides further guidance on protecting your privacy: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You can also disable the “Custom Audiences” remarketing feature in the advertising settings at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. You must be logged in to Facebook to do this. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can disable Facebook’s usage-based advertising on the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance website: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

For details see the Facebook User Agreement: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/customaudience.
The use of this service is based on your consent according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Abs. 1 TTDSG. The consent is revocable at any time. Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistics tools and other technologies into our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, store cookies or carry out independent analysis. It is used only to manage and deliver the tools integrated through it. However, Google Tag Manager collects your IP address, which may also be transferred to Google’s parent company in the United States. Google Tag Manager is used on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in integrating and managing different tools on its website quickly and easily. Where the relevant consent has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG, insofar as consent covers storing cookies or accessing information on the user’s device, such as device fingerprinting, within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
