With us you do not only watch: You will work as a team right from the start and learn how a first idea turns into a professional business event – from concept to location, budget, technology and guest management to evaluation after the event. You do not have to bring professional experience. That is what our training is for.
Who we are
mysecurityevent GmbH organizes B2B business summits around the future topic of cyber security. Our events take place throughout the DACH area – among others in Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund or in the VIP area of the Allianz Arena in Munich.
Our headquarters are the historic locomotive factory in the heart of Berlin. Our mission: We improve the digital world by creating communities at our events.
What you learn with us
- Design and plan events: You contribute to event concepts and create schedules, tasks and directors.
- Coordinate people and partners: You work with speakers, sponsors, photographers, the host team and technical, catering and logistics partners.
- Select locations and services: You collect offers, compare services and support with orders and control of external service providers.
- Keep an eye on budgets: You learn to calculate costs, check bills and monitor budgets.
- Marketing: You deal with target groups, advertising measures, sponsorship, sales promotion and the marketing of our events.
- Get to know sales processes: You will be actively involved and can supplement your training salary with agreed premiums.
- Accompanying events: You support with setup, rehearsals, registration, admission, guest care, program flow and dismantling.
- Find solutions quickly: If something changes in the short term, you learn to stay calm, set priorities and initiate suitable measures together.
- Evaluate results: You collect feedback, analyze key figures and document opportunities for improvement.
- Understand commercial contexts: You get insights into purchasing, accounting, controlling, quality management, sustainability and personnel planning.
You bring that with you
You don’t have to be an event professional yet. Much more important is that you feel like learning new things and getting something done together with us.
- You have already completed the middle maturity or high school graduation or are about to graduate.
- You are interested in events, business and digital future topics.
- You like to organize and keep track of several tasks.
- You approach people openly and communicate clearly.
- You are reliable and take responsibility seriously.
- You are not afraid of numbers, tables and digital tools.
- You enjoy working in a team and see feedback as an opportunity.
- You speak very good German and have good knowledge of English.
- You are ready to accompany our events in the DACH room.
This is what we offer you
- Real events instead of pure theory: You work on real events and see directly what is created by your work.
- Structured education and personal development with training plan, regular feedback, online courses, internal workshops, seminars and book flatrates.
- Personal onboarding with the CEO and the responsible manager for events.
- Flexible working hours, adapted to vocational school, training content and event phases. After familiarization, home office is possible on Fridays if it fits the current tasks.

Remuneration and benefits
- 1. Year of training: 1,150 €
- 2. Year of training: 1,250 €
- 3. Year of training: 1,350 €
- Further premium models are agreed within the training.
- 28 days of vacation per year.
- 40 hours per week; time at vocational school is counted.
- Financial support for your Urban Sports membership.
- A Germany ticket paid for by us.
- A jointly developed career plan with perspective after training.

- Then we invite you to a taster day in our office. You get to know the team, get a realistic insight into our everyday work and work on a small practical task.
- If it suits both sides, you get your training contract and your onboarding can begin.
