With us, you will work in a team right from the start and learn to plan, set up, connect, secure and further develop modern IT systems – from networks and user rights to automation, testing, documentation and support. You do not need previous knowledge or professional experience.
Who we are
mysecurityevent GmbH organizes B2B business summits around the future topic of cyber security. Our events take place throughout the DACH area – among others in Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund or in the VIP area of the Allianz Arena in Munich.
Our headquarters are the historic locomotive factory in the heart of Berlin. Our mission: We improve the digital world by creating communities at our events.
What you learn with us
- Understand requirements and plan IT solutions: You analyze business processes and derive secure, practical and economical system solutions.
- Select, install and integrate IT systems: You compare hardware, software and cloud services and configure suitable solutions.
- Set up and secure networks: You get to know protocols, interfaces and components and implement appropriate security measures.
- Manage IT systems and access rights: You manage user accounts, roles, permissions, licenses and system updates.
- Implement IT security and data protection: You analyze threat scenarios, implement measures and check their effectiveness.
- Maintain data, storage solutions and backups: You work with storage solutions and relational databases as well as backup, archiving and recovery concepts.
- Monitor systems and fix faults: You check availability and load, systematically limit errors and conduct maintenance measures.
- Automate workflows, HubSpot and online tools: You connect digital tools, configure interfaces and work with data models, scripts and programming languages.
- Steer IT projects from idea to introduction: You plan steps, coordinate participants, carry out tests and data acquisitions and accompany introductions.
- Quality assurance and clean documentation: You develop test concepts and create technical, system and user documentation.
- Support colleagues and customers: You take inquiries and explain technical connections in an understandable way.
- Experience IT live at our events: You support devices, user access, cloud tools, registration systems and connections.
You grow with us.
At the beginning, you will get to know our system landscape, cloud tools, IT processes, security specifications and workflows and accompany experienced team members.
Then take over Your first own tasks – for example, system documentation, setting up a test access, analyzing a support request or establishing simple automation.
With increasing experience steer You have your own subprojects, such as a tool integration, an authorization concept or workflow automation. Your team and professional support are at your side.
You bring that with you
You don’t have to be an IT professional yet. Much more important is that you are curious, like to understand connections and want to solve technical problems step by step.
- You have already completed the middle maturity or high school graduation or are about to graduate.
- You are interested in computers, networks, cloud services, cyber security, databases and automation.
- You think logically and analytically, stay patient and like to systematically limit mistakes.
- First experiences with software, hardware, a home network, no-code tools or scripts are welcome, but not a must.
- You like to see potential for improvement and want to make processes easier through technology.
- You work carefully, organized and safety-conscious and document results in a comprehensible way.
- You enjoy working in a team, communicating openly and seeing feedback as an opportunity.
- You speak very good German and have good knowledge of English.
- You are ready to technically accompany selected events in the DACH room.

Remuneration and benefits
- 1. Year of training: 1,150 €
- 2. Year of training: 1,350 €
- 3. Year of training: 1,450 €
- 28 days of vacation per year.
- 40 hours per week; time at vocational school is counted.
